Overview
The exclusive Nike collaboration party was hosted with AMBUSH x NIKE LA x YOON AHN at the Nike LA Headquarters. This carefully curated event was specifically tailored for the Ambush brand, and featured a professional football game between two elite teams and an after party. The party boasted a range of exciting offerings, including delectable food and drinks, an energetic music ambiance, a trendy photo booth for capturing memories. Everything shadowed by the design of early Y2K goth school girl style branding.
Our collaboration with the Nike creative team ensured that the space was meticulously designed to deliver a premium Nike experience for the AMBUSH brand and players. The goal was to provide them with an extraordinary and unforgettable time.
Defining the Narrative
Nike dedicates extensive time and effort to perfecting the visual art direction for such activations. As designer and creative director on the project, I worked closely with the AMBUSH brand team and designed a space that was inline with the Y2K goth school girl style. We meticulously crafted a comprehensive layout for the AMBUSH football game as well as the afterparty. We carefully planed the production structure and incorporate storytelling components throughout the entire experience. This strategic placement of visual elements ensures that attendees can fully immerse themselves in a cohesive and engaging narrative that unfolds seamlessly throughout the entire event. Our goal is to create a compelling and unified story that resonates with all who participate.
How it All Went Down
The results were as aesthetically trendy as you can imagine, and provided a space for the cities most fashionable players to dance the night away and relive their Y2K experience.
